Having sold services online for several years, I quickly began to identify patterns in all of the prospective clients I was speaking with. During my calls with new clients, I was listening for a few indicators that I used to help me understand how I could serve each of these clients the best. Over time, I was able to group these client archetypes together into three different cohorts.
